You can use PAD Submitter to submit your PAD files in only 2 steps.
Step 1: Prepare The PAD Information
Click Select... item in Software menu to open Softwares dialog box.
Click Add... button to open Product Information dialog box.
Set some items in the dialog box and click OK button. Select an item and click OK button in Softwares dialog box.
Step 2: Submit Your PAD File
You can submit the PAD files semi-automatically.
To submit the file semi-automatically, just click the site name in the list. The submitting page will open in the browser and the PAD information will be filled automatically. Just check the items and click the submitting button.
